~LeSS ThAn 4 MonThs To Go!~
Geez! I can feel the excitement and i'm kinda nervous already. :) but i love this feeling!! :) yup! it's less than 4 months and it's my turn to walk down the aisle. :) here are some of the updates of our wedding preparations.
So far our preps are doing okay and i'm excited to see the final sketch of my gown :)
We have decided to get Ms. Mila De Leon as my designer and she'll do the gowns of my entourage too! :) i put my trust on her so I hope she won't fail me. :)
Kutchie, our coordinator keeps on impressing me/us. I was a bit worried with some small details of our wedding like the headcount of suppliers meal, misalette, place cards etc. so i told her that i want to talk about it on our next meeting. And during our meeting with her last month, I felt so relieved when she told me that she and her team will take good care of it. she even volunteered to help us in doing the packing of our wedding favors and she also talks about the littlest things which i really appreciate as an OC Bride. :-p I remember her telling me to ask one of my bridesmaids or whoever to carry a sanitizer and stand near me after the releasing of the doves because sometimes as they say, sh*t happens. haha! i'm loving her more and more and hopefully on the day of our wedding, will be her best of the best :)

~PrEpS UpDatE~
whew! finally!after almost two months, im back again. :) well, my super duper busy schedule won't allow me to be a regular blogger on my own blogsite. haha! anyways, here are what we've accomplished during our 2 week stay in the philippines.
August 13
It was my birthday but I had to skip the celebration since we didn't have enough time for the meet ups with our suppliers. but thanks to our wedding planner kutchie for giving me a mini cake. sweet! anyways, going back to the preps, we met with the following suppliers.
Me-anne of Sensitivity for the lights and sounds - we're currently reviewing their quotation and if everything is okay, we're ready to send the downpayment. :)
Vangie of Printsonalities for invitations - for downpayment :)
Tes Alparas of Notes and Flowers for entourage bouquets and reception flowers - for review, waiting for the breakdown of prices :)
We also did an ocular to The Loft @ Manansala and Blue Leaf.
North Forbes Pavillion is already scraped off from our supplier's list due to some reasons and at the end of the day we decided to have blue leaf as our reception venue. see below for the pics. :)

August 18
1. Food Tasting and detailing with Josiah's
2. Went to the shop of Merlene Marcelo and Mila de Leon
No doubt, Josiah's food are really good and Happy, our AE always tries her best to accomodate all our requests and answer all our questions. :)I hope their service will be at it's best until our wedding day :) we're now waiting for the final draft contract and reception venue layout and we can move forward already with other suppliers. :)by the way, we have sent our cake design to them already :)
Merlene Marcelo was not there when we visited her shop but her accountant was there to accomodate us and she even asked me to try some of their gowns. I fell inlove right away with this one gown that I fitted. It's made of pina fabric with a very nice beading and embroidery design, long beaded train, and fully beaded callado bolero. I gave them my details and measurement in case we decided to get them to do our gowns. :)
Mila De Leon is one bubbbly woman whom you'd love to talk to. :) luckily she was not busy when we visited her so we're able to discuss quite many things about choosing the right gown for me and getting the color swatches of our motif :) she's the designer who proposed that serpentina cut gown would look fab on me. she did two sketches. the one that she proposed and another based on my gown inspiration. :)

August 23
We went to Rosalyn Lagdameo and she's also nice and accomodating :) i just instantly liked her and I'm sure mom and future mom in law will like her too. :) she has sent her quotation already and just waiting for the breakdown of prices. perhaps you'll know on my next blog who i chose to do our gowns. :)yet to decide. women! :-p
We also met with Junby. Kutchie recommended him to be our emcee and we like him :) we're gonna send the downpayment together with the rest of our confirmed quotations.
We have also received quotation for the projector already and we need to add to our budget the cost of breaker for blue leaf.
less than 6 months to go before our big day so perhaps I have to start with our DIYs already.
